Information on the processing of personal data by the event organizer
1. The administrator of personal data processed as part of the organization of the event ExpoPHP 2019 Conference is Conferia Events Dariusz Grzesista (hereinafter "Administrator").

2. Your personal data will be processed to execute the contract regarding participation in the Event organized by the Administrator (hereinafter the "Agreement"), in particular:
- based on Article 6 sec. 1b of GDPR, personal data will be processed for the proper implementation of the Agreement, in particular, the rights and obligations of the parties arising from it;
- according to Article 6 sec. 1f of GDPR, when processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including: – ensuring contact between the Parties, including sending messages regarding the Event,
- based on Article. 6 sec. 1c of GDPR, only personal data related to the Administrator's implementation of legal obligations will be processed, particularly those resulting from tax regulations.
– establishing, investigating, or protecting against possible claims;
3. The recipients of personal data will be entities providing services at the request of the Administrator, such as: IT system support (organization of events, server hosting, e-mail service), accounting and legal services, postal services and other services supporting the Administrator to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes set out above.
4. Your personal data will be processed for the period of time:
- necessary for the proper implementation of the Agreement during its term;
- required by the relevant provisions of tax law;
- necessary for establishing, investigating, or protecting against possible claims until the claims are time-barred.
5. You have the right to request the Administrator to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing. You have the right to object and the right to transfer your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time, the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6. Providing personal data required by law is necessary for the proper conclusion and implementation of the Agreement and other services to which the Parties are entitled under the Agreement. Refusal to provide this data may make it impossible to achieve the purposes mentioned above.
